Mickoh Family Estates is planned as a carefully paced, private collection of high-luxury family homes. The roadmap begins with The Ngetta Bellarosa Estate and The Kampala Aurelian Estate in Uganda, followed by the Kenya Helios, Bali Elysian, Dubai Aurelio and Zambia Valdoro estates.
Each location-led name carries a restrained Italian or Greek influence, while every residence retains its own site response and visual identity under one common standard of privacy, hospitality, resilience, landscape and exceptional materials.
SMART ESTATE SPECIFICATION
Smart-home integration that works when the internet does not.
The Ngetta Estate is specified as a reliable, locally maintainable system—not a collection of disconnected apps. Final brands and installer selection remain subject to the architect, electrical engineer and specialist integrator.
Local control first
Local scenes, wall keypads and manual overrides for lighting, gates, pool, water and climate systems. Core routines continue during an internet outage.
Security and access
Gate intercom, access profiles, CCTV with local NVR recording, perimeter alerts and secure remote viewing designed around family, guest and staff zones.
